Told me oh yea there is a close friend that he has in california that would be happy to help.
Called the guy he said who the hell is carleton sheets.
Well the guy turned out to be great and introduced me to the guy he learned from whom is from florida who said he actually is a real estate investor instead of a book pedlar which he does sell or did sell books but never once mentioned it at his seminar.
Nice Nice Nice Guy says if you do nothing down deals which some are legit watch out because there are alot of rules and they can end you up in jail. After showing me what he is talking about I can see why.
They are alot of great real estate people out there willing to help as for Carleton Sheets I do not know but my personal experiense is I have a Carleton Sheets coarse for someone.
