You’re on the right track there I would gather.

Just keep in mind the purpose of advertising. Don’t educate or over educate (e.g. telling everything you do or what you can do for them). The purpose of the ad is to have them call.

I have ads that I use to find normal houses but I need a good one for houses about to go into foreclosure. Something like " Don’t foreclose on your house, Don’t ruin your good credit, I buy houses, pay cash and close fast". I don’t know, just need a little help.
