Need Creative Financing $4million
HELLO I HAVE A CLIENT IN TX, OWNS A car DEALERSHIP AND WANTs TO
EXPAND to another location.
HE NEEDS Amount Requested: 4,000,000.00
Uses of funds: 90% (approximently) of the funds will be used to
purchase assets:
Purchase Real Estate, inventory, office and shop equipment
Real estate Refinancead: $ 300,000.00 market value $500,000.00
Inventory: $3,200,000.00 market value $5,400,000.00
Office & Shop equipment:$300,000.00 market value $300,000.00
Working Capital: $200,000.00
MY BORROWER HAS A LENDER THAT CAN ISSUE A $7miLLION CD AS
COLLATERAL.
The loan for the CD is 7MM. The CD is from a top 25 world bank.
The
CD will be pledged a the collateral to back this deal. As you can
see
from my summary the investor will be totally secured with the lien
position on the real estate and all the business assets and have a
7MM
CD.
JUST NEED CREATIVE FINANCING FOR THIS DEAL. ANY ONE OUT THERE THAT
CAN
HELP?

Typically what can be done is 75% LTV with and interest rate of 15%.
