need credit permission form - Posted by Steve W (WA)

Have parks ever asked you to pay a fee for viewing a credit report they have run? Also, if the park accepts the person’s credit then do you really need to check the buyer’s credit. Or are some parks more lenient then they should be?

Thanks,
Nathan

Can someone email me a url or the wording for the form itself that allows me, with buyer signed permission, to view background and credit check info run by the PM?

Thanks - signed agreement to purchase my first today - will take the keys and pay balance on 2/28.

82 14x56 great shape, motivated seller wanted 6.5K, got 3K. Those last two questions made me $1500!

Ordering signs and newspaper ad tomorrow - woo hoo! I’m at the top of the rollercoaster, and my arms are going up!!!

I would just create a form…something simple and to the point…

In the spirit of collaboration, I ________________(Name) give permission to __________________(park Name) to allow _______________________(Your Company Name) to view information regarding my credit report.

Name:
Address:
City/State/Zip:

SSN:

Congratulations on your first deal…good job…
