I asked for a list of NODs (Notice of Default) at the county Assessor’s office and they charge $0.20 per address/name on the list. I think it cost $20 for a list with 400 names on it.

I’m not sure about divorce and evictions.

Any idea where I can go to BUY divorce, probate, and eviction leads for the KING county in Washington State?

I don’t want to research for these at the court house. Too time consuming.

Could you hire a local college kid part time to spend their time to do the research for you? You’re buying OPT (other people’s time) since your time is more valuable and better spent on other tasks.
