Need good attorney in Atlanta.... - Posted by Charity

Try Dwayne Thompson at Record Research in Buford Ga. He is an investor friendly attorney and has done several transactions for me.

Regarding trusts, I think you are better off getting your own education. I’ve found a lot of attorneys that know little to nothing on land trusts. Its best to learn yourself so you don’t have to rely on the knowledge of any particular attorney. There are several good courses and teachers around. I like Louis Brown’s material on trusts. His material is available at GAREIA.

I need someone who can do everything we are learning about: land trusts, simultaneous closings, etc…

Thanks!
