You will have to pay someone to look up deeds usually. I know how.

I could really use some help from you all. I bought a house from a guy subject to his loan he took back a 2nd of 20k no interest no payment. I sold it on a contract for deed. My buyer wants to cash me out. Guy died before I could pay him the kicker is he is from Eygipt and died over there. I can’t get clear title. House is in California
