I too live in Chattanooga. Join the local real estate investors cluB (REITS) and subscribe to the courthouse retrieval system. You can get comparable sales for TN GA and I believe AL. It’s very reasonalbe if you join through the club

Hey All
Does anyone have a suggestion on how to get accurate comps
in the TN, GA, AL area ??
Are tax records from the courthouse the only way??
I am based out of Chattanooga Tn and I am having trouble getting good information at a decent price.
Any info would be appreciated.

P.S. If you need a good mortgage broker to close lease options, straght sales, purchases, etc. I’d be glad to drive to Chatanooga to close loans for you. I’m eager to meet and network with fellow investors, and close some loans in the process!
