If you truly have and know how to find deals, then tie them up with a contract. Go to your local RE Investors meetings, call ads in the paper, and call the signs you see that say I Buy Houses. You will come across plenty of Investors to do deals with.

Hello,
My name is Joseph Christmas I am 29 years old. I am looking for a partner to help me in real estate investing.you see, all the property I ran across
needed $2000 to $5000 to bring there paymemt up
to day.I am talking about lease option property
I know about a least 6000 lease option properties
in the USA,but do not have the funds to purchase
any, just the knowledge to find lease option property.
So I’m looking for a partner that is willing to help
