Need help with financing in N.W. Florida - Posted by Gib

Found a bank REO near Pensacola. It needs work, 90K ARV and purchase price is 64K. Cost of repairs is 5K. I was approved by a lender, but they backed out because of a leak in the roof. Anybody know of a lender in N.W. Florida who will finance a rehab? TIA
