I am a homeowner consultant & an investor. When homeowners need to sell their home & use my services, they usually sell in an average of 3 weeks & for full value!!! You see, I work with private investors that loan money to people with horrible credit, as low as 500. This increases your market & therefore you sell faster! I charge 3% for this service. I tell you how to advertise, give you applications for your potential buyers, you then fax them to me, I give them to my investors & upon approval, go to closing.

Reduce the price to well below market value.
Offer seller financing.

Those would be the first ways that come to mind.
