Unfortunately, they need the cash. The bank will not count it as a contract until they receive the 10% deposit.

I work for a real estate development company. The company is willing to sell me a condo at $250/sq.ft. These condos are currently selling for $310/sq.ft. I believe that this would be a great investment, unfortunately, I do not have the 10% to put down on this unit.

My question is, are there private lenders or investors who would be willing to provide me the 10% down payment?

The 10% down payment is roughly $35,000.
