Hi everyone,

I made an offer on a lot in a subdivision for $3,900, in which the owner countered at $4,100 and I accepted. I know I could turn around and sell it on contract for $12,000-13,000. So I am excited about the purchase. I own a couple of rentals and have never bought land by itself. Can anyone advise on certain things to look out for. For example, I assume I should have an attorney check the title, etc.
