Is there anyone out there that lives in or near Memphis Tn.I am looking for someone that would like a student.I would gladly pay for your time,if you could teach me how to buy houses with little or no money down.i have taken Sheets course and i’ve just finished Ron Legrandes course and now i’d like to learn how to put the whole thing together.I do have three of my own houses but they were bought the old fashion way,with 10% down and a banks help,now the bank says,i have enough.After reading Legrades course,i’m done with BANKS!!
