If you have equity in your home or investment properties you could create a note and sell the 2nd at a discount for cash. Example : You create a note for $5,000 and sell it to someone for the $2,700 cash.

Have a lawn sale. Sell your old car, boat or other toys.

Get a second and third job.

Get an advance on your credit cards.

etc etc

$2700 in 21 days…

How many hours a day do you have free?

Sell off stuff of value you don’t absolutely need… deliver some papers and Pizzas… etc

Take out a loan using something you have free and clear as collateral.

A Deal or Note such as Phil describes or a quick wholesale would also work.

21 days = 504 hours, lets be really nice and let you sleep 8 hours a day… that means you have 336 hours to find $2700… that’s a little over $8 an hour… I’m sure you can mange this.

I forgot. Do a Lonnie deal. Get an option on an old mobile and then sell it for $2,700 down and take the rest on a note that you could then sell for cash. Or if you can’t find a buyer with $2,700 down maybe you get $1,000 down and sell part of the created note for the remaing cash, pay off your seller and you get say another $1,700 cash. There you have your $2,700 cash.
