A while back we were looking for property in that area. I have a small list of FL loan offices. I have two local numbers that may help.
The first is in Jacksonville the # is 904-260-5500
The second is Jax beach 904-543-7001
Hopefully these offices can guide you in the right direction, since the loss mit # is in the Jacksonville area.

Washington Mutual doesn’t have their own Loss Mitigation Dept. They use a third party company called First American Loss Mitigation and their # is 800.511.1278.

Both those are in SC (or was it north?)…ANYHOW…Not it. I’ve now found out that the department that handles government loans (both shortsales I’m trying to work with them are FHA) is in Jacksonville FL.
Got a number there? It would be 904 area code.
