Has anybody here heard of the Nehemiah Program? Its an FHA program, but other than that i have no info on it. What are its requirements? I’ve heard it provides 100% financing with 5% down, but don’t know if thats true. Anything you can tell me would be appreciated!

The nehemiah Program goes as follow: The seller has to contribute 4% to the Nehemiah Foundation, Nehemiah Keeps 1% and gives 3% to the Buyer. The seller must get a one year warrenty on the house. The seller can still give 3% more to the Buyer. The buyer mst have at least 2% of their own funds.
