Fred, Where are you located? In your area find a REInvesting club and join and net work with the investors there. But if you don’t have a REInvesting club in your area check out the chat room at www.creonline.com, its free to join and let us be your REInvesting club, fair enough? My suggestion to you, Fred learn to “think creatively” by using "creative techniques in buying properties with nothing down and then flip them for a profit. For more suggestions email me, Fred and I’ll see what I can do in getting more information to you, fair enough?

I am looking to start investing in Real Estate. I know a little about it I took the Sales Person course a few years ago. I am recently Divorced and don?t have much of a down Payment, my credit isn?t the best, but it’s not bad.

I was wondering if Foreclosures were a good way to start. I would like to either buy a multi family (3 or more units,) or maybe something just to resell for a quick profit.

An suggestion on a good place to start would be appreciated
