I live in the Rochester NY area and constantly come across good deals wich led me to buy the CS program off of Ebay :slight_smile: I am a little nervous about getting into my first deal, I have good gredit (high 600s)My wife and I own a home with little equity into it. We do not have very much money at all for a downpayment on a piece of invenstment property and am interested in hard loans and creative funding. I was wondering if anyone in this area has had any experience with either of those and would like to contact me regarding getting into a property together. I am very motivated and willing to talk to anyone about this!
