Hello,
This is my first post to this list. I’m a genuine, bonafide real estate investment newbie. I came to this list looking for answers to questions I have about real estate investing. I have 3 potential properties I could really use some help on but I would hate to interrupt the flow of the conversation.
Anyone read the rules for this list lately ?
