I had that sucker sitting in my mailbox (from my private invest. buddy) and fortunately I opened his e-mail warning to delete it before it was too late.

A new virus (called PrettyWorm) is now spreading via e-mail.
If you receive an e-mail containing an attachment named
Pretty Park.exe, DO NOT OPEN THE ATTACHMENT. Instead, immediately
delete the e-mail.
If you have already received such an e-mail and opened the
attachment, your computer is likely infected. The virus will send
itself to people in your address book and you are seen as the sender.
You will be unaware that this is occurring unless you check your Sent
folder in Outlook.
