Check out the “product” section on this site for some books to read, look in success stories and “how to’s” (or something along that line), go to a local real estate investing club and pick up some more reading material and talk to some investors there.
That’d be the best way to go about it I think.

hi, just trying to get info on rehabing. have been a remodle contractor for years and was wondering if i should do the rehabing my self or hire it out and how do you know when there is to much to rehab. any advice would be appreciated
