Hi, I’m 20yrs old and want to start investing in rental properties. The thing is I dont know how the financing system works. For example if I find a property and offer 180,000 with 25,000 down. And I get a loan for 25,000 but do I also have to come up with 155,000 that is left, or do I just make payments on it. If anyone could help me out and tell me how that works i would really apreciate it. Thank you.

You can take a loan for the rest also as long as you can afford the monthly payment on both.
