My husband and I have found an excellent 1st deal. Neither of us will have to qualify for a mtg, since we both have bad credit, all we have to do is come up with 5k to remodel a 2/1 cottage home. There will be a lease purch/opt in place at time of closing and the seller is setting it up so that we’ll have a carryback at closing. We just need to fix it up to show to potential lessees. We’re even guaranteed the upfront money back if we can’t find someone to agree to a lease purch/opt. Please help if you can. You’re looking at getting the money back within 60 - 75 days.

Hello Laura, I’m also trying to get started in Arizona and have also encountered problems finding hard money lenders, if you find a good one could I impose on you to give me their name, address, etc; I’ve had to by-pass several fixer-upper deals for lack of funds. Thanks in advance
