Can you get rich in creative real estate investing? Sure. Can you get rich by November 1? No. Cash to operate your business and get around your area is necessary. Flipping, in general, is always feasible. Cash for down payments isn’t required because the one who will be closing won’t be you, it’s the flipee (the person to whom you’ve flipped).
