Contracts fall apart all the time and deals don’t happen.So when they say it is under contract.It means it will most likely close,but keep your eye on it just in case it does’nt go through.

im just stating to learning all about this stuff and im sure this sounds stupid but…

i was driving by a house that had a for sale sign on the front lawn, but it didnt say “for sale” it said “under contract”. can someone please tell me what that means.

my guess is that it means its sold, but then why no say sold?
