Hi Mike, There is a world of help on this site. I also have SMGTRE and Mr. Vaughn’s course is a great asset. I also have Mr. Bronchick’s and Mr. Diamond’s L/O Course and visit Their websites regularly. They know lease options and will give some advise on their sites as well as offering many courses. I have some ideas on building credit and if you are interested please feel free to email me at tlcgaittrn@aol.com. Best of business, Darla

I am a newbie and have looked at 2 differant courses. All looks good, “This web site has boosted my confidence :)”
I have decided lease options with sandwitch are the way I need to start becouse of my financial position and credit. Ex-wife distroyed both in divorce :frowning: How can A newbie make sure he can keep enough cash comming in not to sink for the first critical year?

any other suggestions for someone in my postion just starting out IE: New state, rebuilding life and credit?
Thanks in advance, MIke in knoxville, TN
