I have both. The Bronchick “Step by Step” Lease Optionn course,this is great for Sandwich Lease options and has all the needed contracts to do a sandwhich lease. The Kaiser course also is good for “tired Landlords” tells how to find landlords that are done being a landlord and teaches how to go about Lease optioning from them. Both are good courses. I guess it depends on which you want to start with.

I’m a newbie looking to start with lease options any advice on which course to puchase. I’m seriouly considering super charge your cash flow as I desparetly want to quit my job so I can concentrate on becoming rich. Or is this course to advanced for the beginner. Should I be looking at Joe Kaiser or Bill Bronchicks courses instead. Your two cents will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
