Hello everyone. Would be grateful for recommendations on best method to generate relatively quick cash flow. Lease Options appear to be a potential approach that I’d enjoy. Any other recommendations and/or comments would be appreciated.
Also, I’d appreciate a good guru recommendation for newby’s, especially if I may lean toward LO’s. Thanks.
