Whatever we tell you here about your ad, the most important feedback will be from those who see your ad in the newspaper. If you get a lot of calls from your target audience, its a good ad.
If you really want to see how varous wordings work, one accepted method is to run your ad unchanged for a period of time, and keep track of the response. Then change just ONE THING, and see if there is a significant change in response. If you change two or three things at the same time (IE change “homes” to “houses” and add a border), you won’t know which change is affecting the response.
