Its is a set of 3 duplexs. I am a full time college student so I wont qualify for a 100% loan. They are full rented right now. I guess my only option would be to get a pertner. How would that work if I found somebody willing to put up that money? What kind of payment plan would I have towards the partner?

I have a property that I want to finance with a no doc loan, the loan will only cover 70% of the cost of the duplex. The asking price is 160000 that leaves me with about 30000 to come up with. If the seller wont take out a second loan is there another way to get the 30000?

Is it owner occupied? Why not try 100% financing if so? What are your credit scores.

Just take out a heloc on another property, cash advance on credit card, put the touch on parents, find a partner with cash, there are lots of ways. Think outside the Box
