No need to go to a bank, Find a junker and “flip” it to another investor, or do a lease option and sublease to someone else. Search under archives for “flipping” and “lease options” to see what I mean, or read some of the success stories posted here.

I am a single mother with absolutely No extra money each week. I undertand how you could buy properties with no money down, but I don’t understand how you get approved with bad credit, and how you pay the mortgages if you can’t afford anything extra.
