There are still ways, within the law, to legally do Creative Real Estate, including Lease Options. Send me an email and I’ll reply with details.

BTW, I’m not trying to sell anything. Just passing on what someone taught me.

Should I move, or is buying junkers at 50% retail value and whole selling to rehabbers a good business also?
