No it should be simple to get 100% Financing with at least a 600 Fico Score, which is a pretty low score

Hi,
I am looking to purchase an investment property I have targeted that is in foreclosure. I believe the property to be at least 33% under FMV. I already have a home and 1 investment property and do not have the cash to put down on this one. Will I have any problem getting this financed 100%? My credit score is very good but my debt ratio is high.
