I ALWAYS state that I am NOT an attorney, but I offer my opinion based on experience, then follow it up by pointing to Mr Bronchick. If I read the tiny print up above that is a disclaimer, even the 2 attorneys are not giving legal advise…this site is for educational purposes. I am sorry if I have violated your rules, and will try to refrain from answering in the future. It is just that so many people are sometimes so lost and clueless.
