If you haven’t already found out…we use attorneys in North Carolina to do closings. I’m not in the Durham area so I can’t recommend anyone to you. You could just assign the contract.

trying to flip a rehab in Durham North Carolina area, I live in Virginia. Is anyone familiar w/ property transactions in N/C, Lawyer/Title company/etc…Can anyone recommend somewhere in N/C where I can close this deal.
