Good MOrning everyone,
Hope you’re all having a great day! I was wondering if anyone could share w/ me some information of becoming a note broker and having the possibility of doing simultaneous closings on transactions where the seller wouth finance the property, and I would help them get cash for their note at the closing table. Does anyone know of any good programs that I could get involved in? One where I could make small amounts of commission on each transactions (maybe 4% or so). Any, and all recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I would especially like to hear from all the “note” people out there to see what they are doing…thanks for listening.
