I recently visited this site and I think it’s Michael Warren’s site. Anyway they have notes for sale there. High risk though, 125% L.T.V. Has anyone bought one of these notes or conteplated checking further into this? apparently the discount is 35% max. they have defaulted notes at 50% discount max.
I know that we need to be concerned with safety and L.T.V. but just wondered if anyone has checked this out.
