Is it a MH park?------> ask the management

If it is just a piece of land, then find out from county records who owns the land. That would be a start.

I have only known about this site for about a week. Since then I have ordered the Lonnie books and are awaiting ther arrival. In the meantime I have done some looking.

I have found a peice of property not 1 mile from my apartment that has three empty mobile homes on it. That is the thing that I am interested in!

Now what do I do? Should I wait for the books to get here? Should I go ahead and try to locate the owner(how do I do that?)?

As you can tell, I am a real newbie, but a serious one. Any and all help will be appreciated.
