Are land trusts recognised in New York I have recieved different answers from different people. I have done some research and I could not find an answer. I am assuming that if there is no law against them then they can be used by people who want their real estate investments to be private. Has anyone formed a Land Trust in new York. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
