Can someone explain what this service does? Can it be used throughout the US? I went to the site and I can’t figure out what to click on to get comps in the Jackson,MS area.

Dear Charity,
From the octitle startup page you click the “Title Advantage” block on the far right side of the screen. You then get a name and password. After you get in you click on the far top left option that says “Online property profile”. From there you chose to search by address or name and fill out the info. I think octitle only covers Hinds, MS if I remember right (I live in Alaska so I don’t remember for sure). Good luck.
