I’m ready to jump in and do that first deal! I need some flexible, good hard money lenders. My credit took a beating this year because of too many credit cards. Everything is current and great, but my score is low. No lates or anything, just high limits (which is why I want to make some money!) Are there lenders out there who will lend if you have a lower score? I had a score of 752 in August and now it is below 600! I don’t understand it, but can’t do much about it. I need a lender who will look at the credit history and not the score as much. I want my first deal to be either a wholesale or a retail(rehab). I am a real estate agent, so I know home values and areas and a good deal when I see it. Now I just need someone to back me and take a chance. Any suggestions on lenders?
