Also interesting on NG 2 that there are plenty of general investing questions that do not belong there-but the poster did not bother to read the print at the top of the page “Please Note: General questions or comments about investing in real estate, paper or mobile homes, should be posted on our main News Group.”

I know what flipping is, I was suggesting a question for the possible FAQ. I had a feeling someone might actually answer. Thanks anyway though.
