This is not a problem, Here in New York there were not titles before 1995. A sales receipt, bill of sale, sales contract, a UCC-1 may have been filed, check with the owners first, and then check with the county. Make sure you VERIFY, VERIFY, VERIFY, everything. Make sure the serial numbers on the home match the numbers on the paperwork, use your GUT feelings when speaking to the owners, most are honest people.
