What do you mean by “one sheets”? Is this a Carlton Sheets product? Can you please explain what you mean?
Could you mean sending post cards or letters to these people with houses for saleusing a RE agent?

Is it a good/bad idea to send “We Buy Houses” one sheets to sellers that are currently using a real estate agent??? in the hopes that when the house doesn’t sell, we might be able to do something.
