Have it - ok and gives you the forms and contracts (still - $147 a bit pricey). Best thing for me is using info from various courses and blending them together. I found the free ebook you can download from Conti/Finkel’s site www.resultsnow.com to be very good.
I didn’t like the stuff from the cashflow institute - basically excerpts of various books stuck together often without an end or a beginning.
However best courses out there are probably Bronchick’s (who is a lawyer and whose contracts have stood up in court and Diamond’s - I also read that Lori Sampson’s stuff wasn’t all that bad either.)
