Well…what’s does your real life contract say about putting a sign on
the property? All my contracts state that I have the right to do so once
I have a property under contract. Learned that one the hard way. I
hardly ever use signs, but the property needs to be inspected and
viewed by lots of people. So that contract also states that I need
access and how that will be arranged, etc.
Congrats on getting an option. It’s one of those things on my list–I
would just love the leisure of an option as opposed to a purchase
contract at least once.
