i am an owner/ broker of a company currently in michigan, but relocating to west palm beach,fl. in february. my question is this: has anyone heard about the prospect of creating “for sale by owner notes”?
i know that there is a company that specializes in this field of the note industry:chase financial, and greystone.
i was just wondering how feasible these deals were, and if anyone else has had success doing them. i believe they are also known as seller financed notes.
