first get your dad lonnie scruggs DOW and MMMH. Then both of you read them a couple of times. There are lots of parks and many fsbo trailers. You just have to find the motivated owners. Drive the parks and introduce yourself to the managers. There are deals all around.

Hello,
My father is located in Orlando and interested in getting one or two really good deals on MH’s. I do not know much about MH’s but have been trying to give him an idea of what kind of deals people (on this board) are getting and the methods being used.
He is interested in a MH to live in for a year and than sell on L/O or similar. And maybe one or two others as an investment.
So I ask if any of you could share the numbers and circumstances of any deals done in Orlando/Kissimmee area.
It would be greatly appreciated.
