I found a house I am interested in today. The neighbor told me the owner died. She didn’t speak English very well so I couldn’t find out when or who a relative might be. What’s a good way to track relatives or an estate in California?

Hi Tim,

Try using www.deadleads.com they will assist you in tracking down the owner of that particular property for you. They don’t charge very much either, I think about $19.00 dollars still and if they cannot locate any information on the owner then you don’t pay! So a win win situation for you.
